Q: What makes your accounts the best value for money and the safest choice on the LoL accounts market?
A: Unlike most of the sellers, I do not offer hacked/stolen/botted accounts. All of the accounts are hand-leveled and safe from recoveries or bans. I spend a lot of time acquiring best quality accounts and resetting the previous owner's information (like IP or email linked), so that you upon the purchase become the rightful and actually the "first", according to Riot's system, owner. The exception is the suspension imposed by Riot for account trading, it happens sometimes randomly within 1-2 weeks from purchase to about 1 in 100-200 accounts. That's why I advise to buy RP after at least 2 weeks. If your account gets suspended for account trading, I will obviously either replace it or refund you the money (send me a PM for assistance then). If accounts survives this 2-week period, it's safe and will stay forever with you:).

Q: How long will the delivery take?
A: In 99% cases it's instant and automatic after you successfully verify the payment. At rare occurences PA's delivery system fails and I need to do it manually, therefore it can take about ~1-5h.

Q: How can I contact you?
A: Only through PlayerAuctions' private messaging. I do not use any instant messengers for trading and never will as it's against PA's ToS. I live in the Central European Timezone and am available usually between 9AM - 11PM.

Q: The account is different as advertised! What to do?
A: If during the account's inspection you find a discrepancy between its actual state and the de*ion (for example there were placements played this season and it was not mentioned in the de*ion or there are fewer champions available than stated), PLEASE CONTACT ME instead of leaving a neutral/negative feedback. My aim is the buyer satisfied with the purchase, I will always try to compensate my mistake and your wasted time.

Q: What does "Unranked (All seasons)" exactly mean?
A: Please note that if the title states "Unranked (All seasons)" it doesn't essentially mean that NO placements have ever been played. It means that the 10 placement matches weren't finished in any season and no rank has been achieved (therefore the MMR is clean). There were no ranked games played current season, though, unless the title/de*ion state otherwise.

Q: Can I apply for a discount?
A: The given price is final and is non-negotiable, I'm always trying to set the lowest price possible.

Q: What if the account has leaverbuster and it wasn't mentioned in the de*ion?
A: Less than 1% of the accounts I sell might have a leaverbuster ban (5x 20min). If it turns out that yours does, and it wasn't indicated in de*ion, message me with the proof (like a screenshot), I will refund you 10% of the account's value as a compensation.
