Helldivers 2 Omens of Tyranny brings back an old enemy of humanity, and we’re getting a new car to help us combat them. We can now use Recon Vehicles to roam each map that the Illuminate are trying to conquer. However, unlocking the new Helldivers 2 Car is confusing as it doesn’t appear in the stratagems or boosters. Here’s how you can find the Recon Vehicle in the game.
New Helldivers 2 Recon Vehicle
The Recon Car is a light vehicle with a mounted machine gun. It’s a fast car that lets Helldivers shoot from open doors while the mounted gunner provides covering fire. The car can fit four passengers, so you can easily travel the whole map with your team.
Where to Find the Recon Vehicle
While the Recon Vehicle is supposed to be listed as a stratagem, it doesn’t appear in any loadouts for now. The only way to use one is to find them in Illuminate maps. These cars are guaranteed to spawn on these planets, so it’s just a matter of finding them amid the chaos.
Will Recon Vehicle be a Stratagem
Yes. The Recon Vehicle will eventually be a stratagem you can call forth on any map. However, it’s still being determined when the car will be available in the loadouts. We can only wait for further announcements or patches and see when the Reco Vehicle can be equipped.
