    - Can Hold up to 600 Indoor Furniture (300 Placed Furniture + 300 in Housing Furniture Storage)
    - Can Hold up to 60 Outdoor Furniture (30 Placed Outdoor Furniture + 30 Outdoor Housing Storage)
    - Very Cool to use as Personal Estate, can be used as Free Company Estate too.
