Cobalt Paste is a crafting material that’s used in various equipment. They are used for Buggy parts, Sandbike parts, Ornithopter components, Scorchbolts, Vaporizers, and Welding Torches. Having a decent amount of Cobalt Paste is necessary if you’re going to upgrade your vehicles or tools, since all of them require the item.
Ingredients for Cobalt Paste
Cobalt Paste only needs two ingredients, but they’re challenging to find in Arakkis. Here are the ingredients you need to make Cobalt Paste, along with instructions on where to obtain them.
Erythrite Crystal
Erythrite Crystal is the main ingredient for Cobalt Paste. You can find it in the Hagga Rift; use a Buggie to travel and spot the Erythrite Crystal easily. You’ll find even more crystals in the Choam Material Extraction Facilities.
Water
Water may seem easy to find, but the game is set in Arakkis, a desert planet. Here’s how you can gather water in the game. Defeat enemies and use the Blood Extractor and Purifier to turn their blood into water. Use a Dew Reaper on special plants to harvest dew and put them in a Literjon. Wear a Stillsuit to gather your sweat, recycle it, and turn it into water.
