What are Horadric Jewels
Horadric Jewels modify the effects of your Horadric Spells, allowing you to customize their effects further. Horadric Jewels function similarly to Gems, allowing you to socket them into jewelry, such as rings and amulets. Some of the Horadric Jewels will have adverse effects attached to them.
How to Get Horadric Jewels
To get Horadric Jewels, you'll need to acquire Horadric Tomes. The tomes are crafting recipes for specific Horadric Jewels. You'll need complete Horadric Strongrooms or play Torment Difficulties to get these tomes as rewards. Another way to obtain them is by reaching tier 10 in Horadric Knowledge.
Once you've acquired a Horadric Tome, you can craft Horadric Jewels at the Horadric Lapidary in Cerrigar. Crafting a jewel will cost you 3,000 Horadric Phials and 15,000 Fragments of three different Gem types.
