How To Solve The Safehouse Puzzles in Black Ops 6

In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's campaign, players begin at the Safehouse, where they can upgrade their weapons and equipment for missions. There are places in the Safehouse where players can interact with items, and one of them is a safe. 

You'll need to find the 4-digit safe code to unlock the safe. To get the codes, players need to complete 6 puzzles. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to solve the Safehouse puzzles.

Puzzle 1 – Boiler Room 

In the Safehouse, head down to the basement through a closed door near Woods. You'll find the boiler room and three interactable objects. A note placed on a small table nearby provides instructions on how to activate the boiler, but they're not clear. 

Here's what you need to do to activate the boiler: 

  • Turn the boiler wheel twice.
  • Turn the fuel valve once
  • Turn the pilot dial

If done in order, the alarm will go off. Now, you can turn the boiler wheel twice to refill the boiler with water, completing the first puzzle. 

Puzzle 2 – Piano 

The next puzzle is the most straightforward of all of them. Head to the room at the back of the house near the garden. It has a blacklight and a piano. Use the blacklight on the piano, and you'll see five symbols on the keys. Look around the room and look for the same symbols on the wall. Once you see the symbols, they'll have a number and an arrow pointing in the successive direction to go. Remember to take note of the symbols and their order. 

Once you find all five symbols on the wall, you must press the keys on the piano in the order in which they appear. 

Here's the order of the symbols: 

  • Ми
  • Рe
  • До
  • Pe

After pressing the keys in the correct order, a door will open to the right, which will lead you to the next puzzle. 

Puzzle 3 – Keypad 

Once you head to the door from the Piano puzzle, it'll lead you to the basement. Look for a door with a keypad attached to it. Interact with it, and the next puzzle will begin. This puzzle will take trial and error, but the game will help you. The objective of the puzzle is to find the right combination of numbers on the keypad. 

Using the blacklight, you'll see the numbers to use to find the combination. By pressing the numbers, the puzzle will mark the number with three colors. Green if the number is correct and in the right position, yellow if the number is correct but in a different position, and red if the number is incorrect. You have five attempts to get the right code. Once you get the correct code, the door will open to the next room with a computer.

Puzzle 4 – Computer 

When you’ve entered the room with a computer, interact with it. You'll get a small minigame where you must figure out the words. The code words are represented by numbers that are on the top of the computer screen. On the bottom of the screen, there's a guide on what number corresponds to the letter. 

The solution to the puzzle is the same. Here are the code words: BUNKER, HOLDING, ROOM, OPEN. Enter them on the computer, and you'll unlock the interrogation room in the basement.

Puzzle 5 – Interrogation Room 

After you complete the computer puzzle, leave the room and head to the door on the right. You'll walk along the hallway and find a locked room. Interact with the door, and the lockpicking puzzle will start. All you need to do is rotate the lockpicking tool and hold the 3 lock pins in position.

Once the door opens, head inside and grab the keys on the table. You’ll need them to open the final room, where you'll find a code. After you acquire the key, follow the signal to the Radio Room for the final puzzle. 

Puzzle 6 – Radio 

When you reach the Radio Room, interact with the Radio to start the final puzzle. The puzzle is an Oscilloscope, where you need to adjust the Frequency and Amplitude of the wave to match the target wave. After completing the puzzle, a speech will start indicating different items in the room. Find the items mentioned in the speech and arrange them in the order of the speech. Turn on captions in the settings to catch the keywords in the speech. After you've arranged the items, shine the blacklight on them to figure out the safe code digits.

Unlocking The Safe 

After finding the digits, head to the second floor, where you'll find the safe in a bedroom. Punch in the code you've figured out from the puzzle, and the safe will unlock. If the safe doesn't unlock, head back to the Radio Room to double-check the order of the digits. The order of the items and the digits are exclusive to the player. 

Rewards From The Safe 

After completing the puzzles and unlocking the safe, you'll receive an achievement, $1000 to spend on the campaign, and a melee weapon blueprint. The melee weapon blueprint is exclusive to players who have unlocked the safe, giving players something to flex about!
