Once your game account is purchased, you will be instructed to provide the required game account information directly to PlayerAuctions. Any personal information that we might require for our own brief inspection purposes will be securely encrypted within our database and is not passed on to the buyer. However, generally, the following information will be sent to the buyer after the game account has completed the game account inspection period.

  Login Name / Username
  Password
  Last Name (if applicable to the game)
  Security Question (if applicable to the game)
  Security Question Answer (if applicable to the game)
  Parental Password (if applicable to the game and game account)
  First CD Key (if known by you)

PlayerAuctions sends your disbursement to the payment account you provided to us during your Seller Registration. Following the successful closure of an order you delivered, your payment will be promptly disbursed according to your disbursement schedule and Seller Status. Disbursements are sent once a day on business days, generally during 7pm to 10pm PST.

At PlayerAuctions, buyers send their payments to PlayerAuctions, where it is secured by PlayerGuardian. Once an order is confirmed to be successfully completed by PlayerAuctions, PlayerGuardian will securely send your disbursement to you.

In the exceptional event that a buyer files a chargeback or payment dispute before or after an order is closed, or that a fraudulent payment passes our rigorous screening processes, PlayerAuctions will take full responsibility for handling the incident.

Therefore, so long as a seller properly completes delivery by abiding by the Secure Seller Delivery Agreement, PlayerAuctions will accept the expense and guarantees to still pay the seller in full for their delivery.
