1. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Am I Eligible To Participate? Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Win an Alienware Gaming PC Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to contestants who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of PlayerAuctions LLC (the “Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

3. How Do I Enter? The Promotion will begin with the entry period (the “Entry Period”) at 12:00 a.m. (P.T.) on February 1, 2009. The Entry Period will continue on through April 30, 2009, after which Sponsor will select ten (10) finalists (the “Finalists”) from among all entrants received within the Entry Period. The ten (10) Finalists will be chosen during the selection period (the “Selection Period”) at 12:00 a.m. (P.T.) on May 1, 2009 until 11:59 p.m. (P.T.) on May 7, 2009. Sponsor will choose Finalists based on outstanding For Sale Offer descriptions (the “Description”) for game accounts. Sponsor will announce the ten (10) Finalists on May 8, 2009. One (1) winner (the “Winner”) and five (5) runners-up (the “Runners-Up”) will be selected by voting on PlayerAuctions.com (the “Site”). The voting period (the “Voting Period”) will begin at 12:00 a.m. (P.T.) on May 9, 2009 and will end at 11:59 p.m. (P.T.) on May 15, 2009.

To enter, simply sell a game account on the PlayerAuctions website. There is no limit of entry per person. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or unreadable entries, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor.

In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been from the owner of the email account associated with the PlayerAuctions account that sold the game account on the Site. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account.

All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.

After Winner and Runners-Up are selected, Sponsor reserves the right to use the winning entries on the Site as deemed necessary.

By selling a game account and successfully closing the order during the Entry Period on PlayerAuctions.com (thus completing Account Registration, Account Verification, and Seller Registration), you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules; if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may request a reclamation of your entry via email.

4. How Will Winners Be Selected? After the Entry Period has ended, the Selection Period will begin and Sponsor will choose ten (10) Finalists with the most attractively-presented Descriptions . Sponsor will display the Finalists on the Site to allow voting from the player community. From May 9, 2009 and on through the duration of the Voting Period, the player community will be allowed to vote one (1) time for one (1) finalist from among all ten (10) Finalists chosen by Sponsor. The Winner will be the finalist with the most votes from the player community at the end of the Voting Period. The five (5) Runners-up will be the finalists with the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth most votes from the player community respectively. Sponsor will announce the Winner and Runners-Up on May 15, 2009.

In the event of a tie, Sponsor will decide the winner.

5. What Could I Win? The winner will receive one (1) Alienware Area-51® 750i desktop (approximate value $1,500), and the five (5) Runners-up will receive a Razer Copperhead Mouse each (approximate value $100). Sponsor reserves the right to change the model of Winner’s or Runner-Up’s prize, or the prize itself, to an alternate of equal value without prior notice should the initial model, or prize, be unavailable.

6. When Will Finalists And Winners Be Notified? Finalists will be notified by email (at the email address registered on the Site) within 72 hours after he or she is selected during the Selection Period. Winner and Runners-Ups will be notified by email (at the email address registered on the Site) within 72 hours after he or she is selected as Winner or a Runner-Up. Sponsor’s inability to reach a Finalist, Winner, or a Runner-Up, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, Finalist’s, Winner’s, or a Runner-Up’s failure to timely respond to finalist or prize notification, and/or a Finalist’s, Winner’s, or a Runner-Up’s failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in that Finalist’s, Winner’s, or Runner-Up’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in all prizes, and the selection of a substitute Finalist, Winner, or Runner-Up. Finalists, Winner, or Runners-Up may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of personal delivery or date of sender’s postmark.

7. What Other Terms Apply? Winner and Runners-Up may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Winner and Runners-Up are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each participant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, likeness, city and state of residence and biographical information in any media, including without limitation the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by an eligible winner or runner-up in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Promotion judges designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Promotion as solely determined by Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Sponsor reserves the right to end the contest at the date of their choosing. Entrants release Sponsor and its respective parent divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this giveaway from and against any liability with respect to or in any way arising from this promotion and the awarding and use of the prizes.

8. Who Is The Sponsor? The Win an Alienware Gaming PC Promotion is sponsored by PlayerAuctions, LLC. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Promotion shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Promotion.

9. How Can I Request The Winner’s Or Runners-Up’s Names Or A Copy Of These Rules? For the names of the winner (available after May 15, 2009) or a copy of these Official Rules send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to PlayerAuctions LLC., 11301 West Olympic Blvd, Suite 337, Los Angeles, CA 90064. Indicate whether you are requesting the winner’s or runners-up’s names, a copy of these official rules, or both.
