While there are some “free” websites where players today go to directly trade their digital assets, they are terrible havens for fraud, offering no protections and minimal services to their members. Trading there is at your own risk.
Alternatively, there are also many B2C (business to consumer) corporations that act as a middleman in transactions. While the fees that these corporations charge may not be immediately apparent, there is often more than a 100% markup between the low prices they buy for and the high prices they sell at. What’s worse is that doing business with these corporations often supports the shameful practices that damage our digital worlds such as in-game spam, exploits, and automated farming.

After an order has been confirmed as delivered, we will send the seller's disbursement after deducting the relevant commission fees.
Due to the increased expenses brought about by the complexity of providing security to powerleveling services, we are required to charge higher fees.

PlayerAuctions sends out disbursements to sellers once per day on business days, generally during the hours of 7pm to 10pm PST. For security purposes, depending on a seller's status, the processing time for his/her disbursements may vary. Please refer to the table below for details.
The processing period for disbursement begins once an order is successfully closed.
Through PlayerGuardian, PlayerAuctions conducts rigorous security screening processes for both buyers and sellers. PlayerGuardian oversees the security aspects of all on-site operations, beginning when a player registers for a PlayerAuctions account and continues through all sensitive operations, including when payments are made, when orders are placed, and when a payment is disbursed. Additionally, on the new PlayerAuctions, PlayerGuardian secures payments between members with banking-level security and fraud prevention technology. Secured payments are not disbursed to sellers until PlayerAuctions has confirmed the successful delivery of an order.
On PlayerAuctions, buyers are guaranteed delivery or their money back, and sellers are guaranteed 100% protection against chargebacks, payment disputes, and fraudulent payments. Finally, there is no need for you to worry about having to verify your trading partner or what payment methods might be “safe” enough to use or accept.
Under this secure model, the seller can rest assured knowing that in the highly exceptional event that a buyer files a chargeback or payment dispute, or that a fraudulent payment passes our rigorous screening processes, PlayerAuctions will take full responsibility for handling the incident. Therefore, so long as a seller properly completes delivery by abiding by the Secure Seller Delivery Agreement, PlayerAuctions will accept the expense and guarantees to still pay the seller in full for their delivery.
Following a seller’s full delivery confirmation, buyers are given 72 hours to confirm delivery or file a dispute. In the event that the buyer takes no action and the 72 hour period expires, we will assume that the delivery was completed and successfully close the order.
The overwhelming majority of all transactions on PlayerAuctions are successfully completed without issue. However, certain exceptional cases may result in the buyer not confirming delivery of an order. When sellers abide by their Secure Seller Delivery Agreement and accurately complete delivery it is rare if a buyer files a dispute for an order. Rest assured knowing that PlayerGuardian continues to secure the buyer’s payment until the dispute is properly resolved. Our systems and processes have carefully considered, and are well prepared to handle, all the possible exceptional cases that might occur during an order. The time-tested technology behind PlayerGuardian has been proven through the successful and secure completion of over 25 million separate player-to-player transactions, totaling over $1 billion USD, by more than 4 million players. These exceptional circumstances are often due to an accident or simple misunderstanding. For this reason, we highly recommend buyers and sellers to directly contact each other to properly resolve the issue through our dispute resolution system. In the event that the buyer and seller cannot come to an agreement, the order will be escalated to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee, who will determine the delivery completion state of the order. The factors considered in their decision include, but are not limited to:
If it is found that the delivery was properly completed, we will disburse the appropriate payment to the seller according to their disbursement processing period.
Fraud, as well as attempted fraud, is a very serious crime. If through our meticulous inspection of the delivery evidence we find that it was manipulated, or that either party is fraudulently misrepresenting their case to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee, that individual may be reported to the FBI, the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, and other international authorities, to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in cases of fraud, which includes supplying them with personal information, IP addresses, and time stamps.
