An order is an agreement between a buyer and a seller for a product or service on PlayerAuctions. Therefore, an order has both a buyer and a seller. To the buyer, the order will appear as a Buy Order, and to the seller, it will appear as a Sell Order.
You can check the status of your order in your Account Center. Buy Orders and Sell Orders statuses can be found on the menu to left-hand side of the page.
The order-handling process is quite simple, and it can be summarized into 6 steps.

Now that you have made an order, you need to contact your trading partner to coordinate the transaction.
After receiving your delivery, immediately confirm the completion with PlayerAuctions to close the order.
PlayerAuctions always provides buyers a preview of their order before checkout is completed and strongly advises you to check the offer carefully before placing an order. It is a buyer's responsibility to place orders on the intended For Sale Offers. As such, a refund for rare situations like this is not so clear-cut.

If the delivery guarantee for an order expires, it does not mean the order is closed. When the guarantee expires, our system will generally send out an automatic notification to both the buyer and seller to update them on the situation.
