An order is an agreement between a buyer and a seller for a product or service on PlayerAuctions. Therefore, an order has both a buyer and a seller. To the buyer, the order will appear as a Buy Order, and to the seller, it will appear as a Sell Order.

You can check the status of your order in your Account Center. Buy Orders and Sell Orders statuses can be found on the menu to left-hand side of the page.

The order-handling process is quite simple, and it can be summarized into 6 steps.

Standard Order-handling Process

1. Seller post a For Sale Offer on PlayerAuctions / Seller replies to the buyer with a For Sale Offer.
2. Buyer creates an order and sends payment to PlayerAuctions, where PlayerGuardian technology is hosted.
3. PlayerGuardian secures buyer's payment.
4. Seller delivers directly to the buyer.
5. Buyer and seller confirm delivery to PlayerAuctions.
6. PlayerGuardian securely disburses payment to the seller.

There are certain exceptions that may occur throughout the process that we have carefully prepared for. By reading the rest of our Help section, you can find more details about how these exceptions are handled.

Now that you have made an order, you need to contact your trading partner to coordinate the transaction.

After receiving your delivery, immediately confirm the completion with PlayerAuctions to close the order.

PlayerAuctions always provides buyers a preview of their order before checkout is completed and strongly advises you to check the offer carefully before placing an order. It is a buyer's responsibility to place orders on the intended For Sale Offers. As such, a refund for rare situations like this is not so clear-cut.

If this exceptional case occurs, the steps mentioned below must be followed:

• You must contact the seller immediately through all applicable contact methods to inform him/her not to deliver.
• You must send an onsite message to the seller as evidence to us (PlayerAuctions) that you did not intend for this order to happen.
• If no delivery has yet taken place, the seller must send an onsite message to you as evidence that confirms he/she will not deliver and that he/she understands the order was placed by mistake.
• Once you have received the seller's reply, you need to contact our customer support to request for a refund.

Refund Conditions:

• If any step in the above process is not followed, you will not receive a refund for the incorrect order.
• If the seller delivers the order successfully, you will not receive a refund as seller was only doing his/her job. This includes completed delivery for orders placed on the wrong server.

Note: In the event that you able to request the seller to take his/her delivery back and return your payment, please bear in mind that PlayerAuctions will not have any control over its outcome.

If the delivery guarantee for an order expires, it does not mean the order is closed. When the guarantee expires, our system will generally send out an automatic notification to both the buyer and seller to update them on the situation.

After this time,

• Sellers must still continue to try and fulfill the order.
• Buyers have the option of continuing to wait patiently.
• Buyers can now cancel the order without penalty and receive an appropriate refund.
