By creating a For Sale Offer (the “Offer”) for currency on the PlayerAuctions website (the “Site”), you (the “Seller”) are agreeing to the following terms with PlayerAuctions LLC (“PlayerAuctions”).
To facilitate a protected trading environment, PlayerAuctions requires Sellers who deliver an item to record and retain Delivery Evidence. In the event that an Order for an item is escalated to the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee, PlayerAuctions will require the Seller to submit Delivery Evidence that fulfills the Delivery Evidence Requirements found in this document as one of many factors to impartially determine the delivery completion state of an Order to the fullest extent possible.
In-Game Screenshot and In-Game Video are the only two formats accepted by PlayerAuctions for Delivery Evidence of item. The Seller may choose the Delivery Evidence Format that they prefer.
The following Delivery Evidence Requirements apply if the Seller chooses to use the In-Game Screenshot Delivery Evidence Format. A minimum of two In-Game Screenshots are required as Delivery Evidence for each delivery.
In the event that an Order is completed through multiple separate deliveries, each delivery must have Delivery Evidence properly recorded.

Important Note: PlayerAuctions has systems in place that identify if an In-Game Screenshot has been altered. It is extremely important that the Seller must not edit, rename, convert, or compress the screenshot in any way. Delivery evidence that is altered in any way will not be accepted by the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee, and will lead to the loss of the Seller’s claim, and a full buyer refund. If PlayerAuctions believes that the Seller fraudulently modified Delivery Evidence, PlayerAuctions will permanently suspend the Seller’s PlayerAuctions account.

The following Delivery Evidence Requirements apply if the Seller chooses to use the In-Game Video Delivery Evidence Format.
PlayerAuctions only recommends the In-Game Video Delivery Evidence Format to the Seller if they posses strong technical skills. If a Seller is not fully confident in their ability to follow the requirements of the In-Game Video Delivery Evidence Format, PlayerAuctions strongly recommends that In-Game Screenshot Evidence is captured by the Seller instead.

To fulfill the maximum file size requirements for In-Game Video Evidence, PlayerAuctions strongly recommends Seller’s to ensure that the Buyer is available and in position to complete delivery before starting the video recording.

It is extremely important that the Seller must not edit the In-Game Video in any way to depict actions other than precisely how they occurred. Delivery Evidence that is altered in any way will not be accepted by the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee, and will lead to the loss of the Seller’s claim, and a full buyer refund. If PlayerAuctions believes that the Seller fraudulently modified Delivery Evidence, PlayerAuctions will permanently suspend the Seller’s PlayerAuctions account.
